The AFSA System automatically generates a variety of individual shipment and summary reports, depending upon the customer's needs. Each of these are sent in e-mail format, which can be easily copied and pasted into a spreadsheet or word processor. Pre-Alert report is an individual shipment detail sent to customer and their designated parties. It is triggered at the time U-Freight Export staff close consolidation. This gives consignees along with other parties visibility of incoming freight.

Daily Shipment Summary, DSSR is another daily e-mail report that indicates a summary for all shipments to and from all U-Freight Offices.This report is especially useful for Shippers & Consignees that have several shipments per day.

Shipment Tracking With EDI Commercial Invoice exemplified how commercial invoices we receive from shipper/exporter via EDI may be viewed and printed via the WWW.  This is especially useful for Customs Clearance when brokers need to locate copy of Commercial Invoice.

Daily POD/POA Arrival report is a summary of arriving shipments including POD information. This report is useful for shipper to confirm that the cargo has arrived destination.

Weekly / Monthly Summary is a report generated by AFSA summarizing all shipments to and from all U-Freight Offices for a specified time. This report is formated so that it may be pasted into a spreadsheet for further manipulation and reformating.
